Sajeel Khan obtained his Master of Philosophy degree in solid state physics from The University of Punjab, Lahore, in September 2021. In his master’s thesis project, he worked on Perovskite-based materials for the applications in batteries and supercapacitors. After his graduation he started to work as a research assistant in the Department of Solid State Physics, The University of Punjab, for 1 year. Then he joined Aspire Group of Colleges to teach senior high school students. In September 2024, he started his PhD project under the guidance of Prof. Zhao Xiu Song and Prof. Li Hong Liang at Institute of Materials for Energy and Environment (IMEE), College of Materials Science and Engineering, Qingdao University. The dissertation topic focuses on enhancing the cycling stability of layered transition metal oxide cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries (NIBs). His email address is: 2024520202@qdu.edu.cn.
