吴广磊,博士,教授,山东省泰山学者青年专家,山东省高等学校青创人才引育计划团队“结构-功能高分子复合材料研究创新团队”负责人,省优青,青岛大学第三层次特聘教授,复合材料与工程专业系主任,硕士生导师。20049月进入西北工业大学,分别于2008、2011、2013年获得西北工业大学学士、硕士和博士学位(专业:材料学),指导教师寇开昌教授201312月进入西安交通大学电气学院-电力设备绝缘国家重点实验室-新型储能与能量转换纳米材料研究中心(负责人牛春明教授,研究中心网页:http://cne.xjtu.edu.cn/)从事博士后研究,指导教师成永红教授201511月加入青岛大学材料科学与工程学院-能源与环境材料研究院(研究院负责人赵修松教授,研究院网页:http://imee.qdu.edu.cn/),一直兼任能源与环境材料研究院实验室主任。于2017年8月晋升为教授职称;2018年获山东省省优青称号;2019年获山东省高等学校青创人才引育团队;2020年获山东省泰山学者青年专家称号。

主要从事新型电介质微纳米器件的研发、电磁材料及储能材料。作为项目负责人,截至目前,已主持包含泰山学者青年专家项目、山东省高等学校青创人才引育计划团队项目、山东省省优秀基金项目、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金(第八批特别资助基金)和陕西省博士后科学基金项目、山东省自然科学基金项目等纵向科研项目13项;工程电介质教育部国家重点实验室开放课题重点项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金委面上项目和国防科工局横向项目等多项科研课题。现已发表高水平科研论文150多篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表高水平科研论文90多篇(其中高被引ESI论文15篇,热点论文5篇),SCI他引共计6000余次,H指数47i10指数1072020年新增他引次数2700余次。并担任国际期刊Adv Funct Mater、Nanoscale、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Composites Science & Technology、J Mater Sci Technol、Composites Part B、Chem Eng J等期刊特约审稿人以及国家自然科学基金通讯评议专家等学术职务。

硕士研究生培养情况:1)三名2018级研究生升学情况:张洪霞获清华大学机械学院博士录取资格;侯天奇已通过合肥工业大学电气学院博士研究生资格;周新峰以审核制身份报考北京化工大学材料学院博士研究生;读博率100%。2)获奖方面:2018级周新峰、张洪霞和侯天奇获2020硕士研究生国家奖学金(全院硕士生总共6个名额),这是继2019张洪霞和周新峰两名研究生获得该奖学金后,学生获奖人数得到继续提升;张洪霞领衔团队获第七届山东省大学生科技创新大赛2等奖(省级);在2020年第七届青岛大学大学生科技创新竞赛中,所指导的学生获校级一等奖1项,二等奖1项,三等奖2项,吴广磊教授获优秀指导老师称号;周新峰和侯天奇申报的2项研究生优秀成果奖已获学校推荐至省内参评; 2019级王建伟、孔明月和高旭冉获研究生一等学业奖学金和校级优秀学生;3)文章发表方面:2018级研究生共计发表高水平科研论文18篇,总计影响因子大于120 2019级研究生均已发表影响因子不低于5的高水平科研论文至少1篇;2020级研究生正在按计划开展相关课题研究。

本科生培养:

目前已指导30余名本科生学业及大创科研工作,完成本科生国家级大创项目1项,省级大创项目1项,校级大创项目6项。其中获优秀大创项目4项,本科生以第一作者发表高水平科研论文3篇,参与发表高水平科研论文30余篇(30余人)。聂国正获第七届青岛大学大学生科技创新大赛2等奖;近三年指导的本科生获研究生推免保研人数为10人左右,均进入理想导师团队开展科研工作。2020年度指导本科生发表高水平科研论文15篇,指导的大学生创新创业项目,1项省级项目以及2项校级项目结题均被评定为优秀。

研究方向:

(1)核壳结构的高分子纳米复合材料在介电及热管理领域中的应用;

(2)纳米氧化物及碳材料用于电磁屏蔽、吸波材料、及锂电方向的应用;

(3)高分子降解填充材料和全降解塑料袋、膜的研制及应用。
