Professor Zhao Xiusong is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Chemistry, Honorary Director of Institute of Materials for Energy and Environment at Qingdao University. He received his BSc Degree in Chemistry from Shandong University in 1987, and PhD in Chemical Engineering in 1999 from The University of Queensland.
Professor Zhao's research focuses on nanoporous materials for energy, environment, and water technology. His research has generated a number of impactful and innovative results, including an edited book published by Imperial College Press, 12 book chapters, and 430 SCI journal papers. His publications have been cited over 37,000 times with an h-index of 90.
